NELI Real Estate was established in Dubai to offer a more personal alternative to the high-volume brokerage model. We work with individuals, families and investors who are considering residential property in Dubai — whether they live in the UAE or are exploring the market from abroad.
Our specialisation is off-plan property: residential developments that are newly launched or under construction. These purchases involve staged payment plans, construction timelines and developer processes that deserve to be explained carefully. Our role is to help clients understand their options, compare developments against their own priorities, and move through the purchase with clarity.
We work directly with property developers across the UAE — from long-established names to emerging developers bringing new ideas to the city. Those relationships allow us to share accurate project information and coordinate with developers’ teams on our clients’ behalf.
